Our view

Multi Mulk Recommends Türkiye Citizenship by Investment

The property is the same and so is the return: 5–7% a year on an İstanbul apartment, sold on the open market whenever the family chooses. What differs is what the money buys. The residence permit costs half as much and is quicker, but it is a permit — renewed, tied to keeping the property, and five years from a citizenship application that is not guaranteed. Citizenship is granted directly and passes to the family, on an asset that earns exactly the same. Where the budget reaches the threshold, we recommend citizenship.
