Our view
Multi Mulk Recommends Türkiye Citizenship by Investment
Dominica asks for the least and St. Kitts & Nevis travels furthest, but on return none of the three comes near Türkiye: an İstanbul apartment lets at 5–7% a year and sells on the open market after three years, while a Caribbean resort share earns 2–4%, is held for five, and in practice sells only to the next applicant. Among the islands, Grenada is the one to choose — the only passport in the region with the United States E-2 treaty and visa-free China. Between the region and Türkiye, Türkiye is our recommendation: a citizenship that pays for itself.
