Multi Mulk Recommends Türkiye Citizenship by Investment

On return, the two are not close. Türkiye’s qualifying asset is a freehold home in a city of sixteen million: it lets at 5–7% a year, sells on the open market after three years, and comes back with the capital and the passport. A Grenada resort share earns 2–4%, is held for five years, and in practice sells only to the next programme applicant. Grenada asks for less and its passport travels further — the United States E-2 treaty and visa-free China are real advantages, and the table shows them. But a second citizenship that pays for itself is what most families we meet are actually after, and on that measure Türkiye is our recommendation.
